Supermarket freezer unit break down

IGA Supermarket freezer unit break down due to refrigerant gas leak. Repaired small leak which could have been prevented if the customer had a maintenance schedule in place. Freezer is now working properly and ready for more ice cream

Hot water service

Got a call for one of our customers gas hot water heaters not working which served 5 guest accommodation residences and kitchen. Found gas igniter had broken (20 years old ) so gas wouldn’t ignite. New igniter installed and the y now have hot water again

20 years old R22 Air conditioner not cooling

Called to site for a 2nd opinion. 20 years old R22 Air conditioner not cooling. No gas in system Nitrogen pressure test made leak easy to find/hear. Leak had come from a screw which has rubbed through over the years. Repaired leak and new R-438a (better for the ozone compared to R22). Customer happy to have air conditioning fixed in one visit and not have to replace the whole unit.
